| May 19th | Presentation for the Surfrider Rise Above Plastics Committee in San Diego. |
| May 20th | We have 3 talks set up in Ensanada, Mexico. One is bilingual school (No problem with translations for us), another is a public middle school and then the last one is at the Faculty of Marine Sciences at the university. We will also be visiting a beach and looking at pollution on it. |
| May 22nd | Huge beach clean-up on Fiesta Island with Surfrider and Coast Keeper. |
| Week of May 24th – 31st | – Flying to Sacramento for two days to do presentations to 2/3 schools in Grass Valley area (1hr East of the city)
– Connecting with Charles Moore of the Algulita Foundation. Regarding the potential to do Manta Trawls for their research into the Gyre. |
