Well, we have moved but not very far. After night filled with visions of hauling our boat out of the water AGAIN, trying to find parts and money to pay to stop water coming into our boat, we slowly sailed our way into Mykonos Marina to see what facilities there were to help us out. What a surprise! Not five minutes after hitting the dock, we had people offering to take us to the marina manager, organizing a mechanic to look at our shaft seal for us and suggesting places to visit if we got stuck for a couple days. 30 minutes later, the mechanic and I were peering into the engine compartment to discover that all we needed to do was replace a couple set screws that had fallen out and increase the pressure on the seal system. This took us about another 30 minutes to complete… Fantastic. Today, we took Khulula out and tried out hardest to make the seal leak again, and thankfully we had no luck in causing any leakage! So with no further ado, tomorrow we leave for St Helena and the beginning of our Atlantic passage…
